 | Pretend for a moment that this is my living room and you are a friend dropping by for a cup of tea. I hope you enjoy tea and chatting with friends as much as I do. I like to think of "my" readers as friends, especially since many of you have been with me since the beginning—nearly two decades. And let me take this opportunity to thank all of you, both new and long-time readers, for your faithfulness. Now, have a cookie. Shortbread, as you may know, is my favorite! Usually when my friends come to visit, they do most of the talking since I am rather a quiet one and shy away from talking about myself. But I do love sharing about writing and since you are here, I will assume you'd like to hear the latest.
